How to prepare for your appointment

• Carefully read the description of your selected service. Add on services, such as conditioning treatments, will populate after the service is selected.
  
• Arrive with your hair detangled and previous style removed. If you need assistance detangling your hair, please select the detangling add-on option. If your hair is excessively tangled, and the detangling service was not preselected, your stylist may need to reschedule your appointment in the interest of time.
• If you are receiving a chemical service other than a relaxer, hair should be freshly washed (within 72 hours). Excessively dirty hair may compromise the quality of your chemical service and incur additional cost.
• If you are receiving a Curly Cut arrive with hair in its loose natural state and minimal product.
